Womens Winter Boots

Do You Get Excited About Winter As You Get to Wear Gorgeous Winter Boots? I do! I just love womens winter boots as there are so many fabulous styles and brands to choose from. My favourite for this winter has to be Crochet Uggs, a funky new design twist on an old favourite, the classic Ugg boot.

Crochet Uggs are so versatile as they come in lots of different colours – grey, brown, even purple – and they can be worn slouched down around your ankles or buttoned up so you can see the beautiful detail of the wooden buttons, or slightly unbuttoned for a more casual look. They are just perfect worn with skinny jeans to keep your feet toasty but look really smart. They are also really light and flexible, while still being cosy, so you don’t feel like your stomping around in big, heavy winter boots.

Another relatively new version of the classic Ugg boot but a firm favourite has to be short Uggs. I just love these as they can be worn under baggy jeans or over skinny jeans, and they just go with just about everything in my wardrobe. Coming in all the classic Ugg colours - chestnut, chocolate, sand, black and now you can get them in grey, this season’s funky new colour. Grey is the new black they say!

Having said that there are times when you really need a good reliable pair of black Uggs, whether they are tall, mid, short or even mini Ugg boots. An absolute classic, like a little black dress, black Uggs can be worn for every occasion and they don’t show the dirt as much as some of the lighter colours!

There are of course other winter boots as well as Uggs but I do love them so much that I have one other absolute favourite and they are chestnut Uggs. I think chestnut Uggs looks really great with a pair of skinny jeans and some funky, chunky knitwear for a really cosy but stylish winter look.

If you are in need of a more hard wearing winter boot a great place to start is with womens Timberland boots. Timberland have been around for so long that they really know how to make a good winter boot, and with recent design updates you really can’t go wrong with a pair.

You can still get the classic womens Timberland boots in brown or yellow but you can also get a fab new roll top boot and a really funky, urban looking boot among other designs. Because of the materials they are made with they are all perfect up a mountain in the snow or on a muddy winter hike but they look good enough to wear every day about town. They are warm and waterproof and another classic winter boot that I can’t live without!
